Student Wellbeing

Students’ health, safety and wellbeing are essential to learning and development. An inclusive, safe, orderly and stimulating environment for learning is critical to achieving and sustaining students’ positive learning experiences. As a School Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) school we promote student engagement and wellbeing through programs such as ‘KidsMatter’, Respectful Relationships, Life Education and Bully Busters. Through cooperation and concern for others an environment is created where children can develop self-discipline and pride in themselves, their work and their school.

In addition to our school programs we also have access to regional services via referral to Social Workers, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Speech Therapists.
